The purpose of this job is to provide supervision of the wire staff and the technical supervision in processing the daily wires and specifically the End of Day Closeout.


This position is not a remote opportunity.

  • Cross-train, lead and develop team of associates to promote maximum productivity, engagement, succession planning and overall contribution to the strategic organizational goals
  • Reviews all incoming Funds Transfer Agreements for completeness and accuracy prior to set-up
  • Assist with escalated calls
  • Supervises end of day system shutdown and balancing procedures. This would include troubleshooting as necessary on processing the daily upload wire file.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma with five (5) years of supervisory experience-OR-College degree with two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Passing score of basic Word and Excel assessments
  • Leadership/Supervisory Skills
  • Ability to resolve out of balance situation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • General Banking Knowledge
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry specific terminology and procedures preferred
  • Basic knowledge of wire transfers
