Trustmark believes in investing in its associates. The Emerging Talent Program is a 24-month program developed for current associates who have demonstrated a desire to grow and progress in their career with Trustmark.

  • Having a strong desire to succeed
  • Demonstrating loyalty and a strong commitment to Trustmark

Mentoring and networking

 

Enjoy mentoring opportunities with senior leadership, as well as networking with other Emerging Talent participants through project assignments and team building activities.

Additional program information

 

  • Program is conducted annually
  • Must be employed with Trustmark for one year prior to the interview process
  • Must be nominated for the program by an Executive Officer
