Trustmark will convert its core banking systems to more modern and robust technologies over the weekend of April 17 - April 19, 2026, and will begin operating on new systems on Monday, April 20, 2026.

You may continue to use your accounts, debit cards and credit cards over the conversion weekend.

  • Transactions made over the weekend will post to accounts overnight on Monday, April 20, and be visible Tuesday morning, April 21.
  • Pending transactions will not be reflected in our automated systems over the weekend.

Below is additional information regarding the conversion, including adjustments in hours for some banking services.

ATMs will be available and may experience intermittent down times.

myTeller will be unavailable for banking with a live teller on Saturday, April 18, yet ITMs will continue to function as ATMs over the conversion weekend and may experience intermittent down times.

Balances over the weekend will be as of Friday evening, April 17.

  • Transactions made over the weekend will post to accounts overnight on Monday, April 20, and be visible Tuesday morning, April 21.
  • Pending transactions will not be reflected in our automated systems over the weekend.

Automatic withdrawals, such as automatic drafts and bill payments, scheduled for dates during the conversion weekend will be processed as usual and visible in your account on Tuesday, April 21.

We will verify the identity of a conductor, unless they are known to the Relationship Banker. A conductor is an account holder or someone other than the account holder who conducts a transaction in person (in-branch or at an ITM) on an account.

We are moving from paper tickets to virtual tickets, and you will no longer need to complete a deposit slip or savings withdrawal form. Simply present your transaction to a Relationship Banker for completion.

You may continue to use your Trustmark accounts, debit cards, credit cards, etc., over the conversion weekend.

Branches with drive-thru hours on Saturday will be closed on Saturday, April 18.

Customer Contact Center associates will be available for calls at 800.243.2524 on Saturday, April 18, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. CT.

Our IVR service will close at 6 p.m. CT on Saturday, April 18, and is expected to resume service the afternoon of Sunday, April 19.

Lost or stolen debit or credit cards may be reported until 6 p.m. CT on Saturday, April 18, and after the resumption of IVR service on Sunday, April 19.

myTrustmark® and myTrustmark BUSINESS will be unavailable after 9 p.m. CT on Friday, April 17, until the morning of Monday, April 20.

  • You can download multiple statements at one time within the new Statement Viewer.
  • A mortgage escrow payment option will be included on the Loan Payment form.
  • Additional mortgage information will be available in the Details tab.

  • Checking accounts will display Total Float, the difference between Available Balance and Current Balance.
  • Prior Year-to-Date Interest Earned will be shown for interest-bearing accounts.
  • Additional loan information, such as Interest Paid Year-to-Date, Interest Paid Prior Year, etc., will be available in the Loan Accounts Details page.

Person to Person payments will not be available from 5 p.m. CT on Wednesday, April 15, through Tuesday, April 21.

Account statements and some notices will have a new look and simplified format.
